There was a time when the word gaming laptop was far-fetched. But along the years and with a much better technology, laptops these days have way more powerful hardware to deal with heavy tasks. 6. Gigabyte P34W
The Gigabyte P34W is a 14-inch ultraportable with basically the same powerful hardware that the Razer Blade 14 and Aorus X3 has, but sells way cheaper at $1500. Performance wise it can match other powerful laptops, but the P34W is made from both metal and polycarbonate, with plenty of flex in the lid and frame. 7. MSI GS40 Phantom

8. Lenovo Y40-80
With a case made mostly of plastic, the Lenovo Y40-80 is not too well built and sells at around $800. 9. MSI GS60 Ghost Pro 3K 2PE and 2PC
There are two models for this laptop, the top version called the 3K 2PE and the lower-end model called 2PC, sharing most features except for the hardware and screen options. The P35G v2 Ultrablade is the larger version of the P34G v2 14 inches.
