The Best Laptops For A Smooth Gaming Experience

There was a time when the word gaming laptop was far-fetched. But along the years and with a much better technology, laptops these days have way more powerful hardware to deal with heavy tasks. Machines with integrated graphics can handle games with 13×7 resolutions with hardware running on Intel Broadwell or Skylake 15W. However, there are still limits on what integrated chips can deliver. Playing games with higher resolutions still requires dedicated graphics to run on your laptop or notebook.

Its dedicated graphics hardware is Nvidia GTX 960M alongside Skylake Core U processors with RAM of up to 16 GB. 4.  Gigabyte Aorus X3 Plus Series

Gigabyte’s Auros X3 is a top-of-the-line 14-inch gaming laptop. Razer Blade 14 has been dubbed a marvel for gaming laptops. 6.  Gigabyte P34W

The Gigabyte P34W is a 14-inch ultraportable with basically the same powerful hardware that the Razer Blade 14 and Aorus X3 has, but sells way cheaper at $1500. Performance wise it can match other powerful laptops, but the P34W is made from both metal and polycarbonate, with plenty of flex in the lid and frame. 7.  MSI GS40 Phantom

This laptop is built on Core i7 HQ processors, supports DDR4 RAM (memory of up to 32 GB), along with the GTX 970M 3GB graphics chip and offers both a PCIe gen3 M.2 storage slot and a regular 2.5? bay for your mass-storage. 8.  Lenovo Y40-80

With a case made mostly of plastic, the Lenovo Y40-80 is not too well built and sells at around $800. 9.  MSI GS60 Ghost Pro 3K 2PE and 2PC

There are two models for this laptop, the top version called the 3K 2PE and the lower-end model called 2PC, sharing most features except for the hardware and screen options. The GS60s are both 0.85 of an inch thick and weigh under 4.4 pounds. 10.  Asus Zenbook NX500 and GX500

11.  Gigabyte P35G v2 and P35W v2 Ultrablade

The P35G v2 Ultrablade is the larger version of the P34G v2 14 inches. The Lenovo Y50 has a plastic built body much like the Y40. It’s not as portable as the other machines with 0.9-inch thick case and a total weight of 5.3 pounds. Though a few of them are yet to be released, this list offers the best in hardware specs to give you that seamless gaming experience and superior graphics. They may differ in some aspects though as the cheaper model mostly have plastic casings. Overall, gaming has never been the same with laptops.
